Using this website

This website introduces Patil Web Labs and lets you send a project enquiry or book a free initial consultation. Please provide accurate information and use the forms for genuine project discussions.

Free consultations

Every initial consultation is free. No payment is required and booking does not commit you to buying a service. Your time is reserved only when the server confirms the booking and provides a reference. Keep that reference. To request a change, reply to the contact email in your confirmation or send an enquiry with the reference.

Pricing and project agreements

The pricing section distinguishes one-time, monthly, starting-price, and custom-quotation services. Domain registration, hosting, premium services, extra pages, and advanced features are separate unless explicitly included in your proposal. Any applicable taxes and third-party charges are itemized before agreement. A written proposal defines your scope, final price, payment milestones, delivery expectations, ownership, and support.

Changes and maintenance

Maintenance covers the hours and request limits shown in the selected plan. It does not include unlimited changes or new development. Larger features, redesigns, and scope changes need a separate estimate and agreement.

Portfolio

Client case studies are published with permission. Demonstration projects, personal work, and internal experiments are labelled by their kind and do not represent commissioned client results.

Responsible use

Do not submit spam or malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website. Forms and owner operations use validation, access controls, and submission limits.
