Privacy notice · Updated 30 October 2026

Information you share

When you book a free consultation or submit a project enquiry, we store your name, email, selected service, and the project details you provide. Optional fields can be left blank. We do not ask for your phone number. Bookings also store the appointment’s time, your selected time zone, and a unique reference. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in project descriptions.

How information is used

Patil Web Labs uses these details to understand your requirements, arrange consultations, send confirmations and updates, prepare quotations, and manage agreed projects. Private internal notes and project records are available only through the authenticated owner workspace.

Services that process your information

The application uses Vercel hosting and a Turso database. When configured, Resend processes confirmation and owner-notification emails. Google Calendar processes consultation details, including your name, email, project description, and appointment time, and may send invitations. Google Meet may provide the meeting link. Internal owner notes are not included in emails or Calendar events.

Security and cookies

Owner access uses a password and a protected session cookie lasting up to eight hours. Public forms do not require an account. The application does not add advertising trackers. Submission protection stores short-lived hashed network identifiers and request counters; raw network addresses are not stored in the application database.

Retention and requests

Enquiries, appointments, notification logs, and project information are retained for business follow-up and administration. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us through the public email shown on the website or the project enquiry form. Include your reference if available. We may need to verify your request before changing records.
